Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators
Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also included in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a key labelling various areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
